Driver's must be a minimum of twenty-three (23), have a valid driver's license, and a major credit card with a credit balance sufficient to cover the rental total. The Physical Damage Waiver of $7.00 per calendar day with a $100 deductible does not cover damage due to negligence, including but not limited to burns, stains, towing, DUI, etc. Towing with rental vehicles is not allowed. Taxes are as follows: 6% Indiana Sales Tax, 4% Indiana Rental Excise Tax, and 2% Marion County Excise Tax. A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required to reserve a vehicle, and is applied to balance due upon vehicle return. One-way rentals are not available. Weekend rental involves picking up the vehicle any time Friday, and returning it no later than 9:00am the following Monday morning. Additional mileage for rental period is available for $.15 per mile in advance, or $.25 per mile upon vehicle return. Direct billing for insurance replacement rental is available with a claim number, claim adjuster's company name and phone number.
